We’d love to hear from you! We are searching for innovative speakers for our first live virtual event on June 28th and 29th, 2022! The purpose of this conference will be to help Pre-K through 6th grade teachers and homeschool parents work smarter (not harder!) so they can live their BEST lives. (Conference name to be determined)  

Why apply to present at our conference?

I’m glad you asked! 😉 Our virtual conference will allow you to:

  • Earn 90% affiliate commissions on ticket sales, plus 20% recurring residual commissions on membership if anyone you refer joins Wife Teacher Mommy Club on the back end. There will be a one-click upsell for Wife Teacher Mommy Club during the ticket selling process and it will be mentioned during the event. This gives you the opportunity to earn money during the event and continue to make residuals long after the event is over!

  • We can include links to your lead magnet and/or offers on our speaker bio page, event deals page, within your dedicated page our event PDF document, and on your session’s replay page. Please note: these links will be included on these pages. However, you can not mention anything that requires an optin or payment WITHIN your session recording. However, you may mention a smaller freebie you create within your session that does not require an optin, and then include a link to an upgraded freebie they can sign up for and/or your offer.

  • Make a difference in the lives of thousands of teachers (and some homeschool parents, too!)

  • Share your vision and story to teachers (and homeschool parents) who are ready to hear it! We just launched our membership in September and already have almost 700 members who will get into the event for free (and we will have more members by the time the event rolls around!) We will also be promoting this event to our email list of over 100,000, our text message list of over 10,000 and running many paid marketing campaigns (at no cost to you!)

  • If you’d like to know about the breakdown of our audience: we currently have more teachers than homeschool parents, but the homeschool audience is also growing and we’ve had specific requests for homeschool sessions as well.

  • Make meaningful connections with others in the education space. We’re looking for a wide variety of presenters who have a connection to education so this will be a great networking opportunity!

How to Apply To Be a Presenter:

  • We’ve made it SIMPLE to apply to be a presenter! Simply fill out the form at the bottom of this page with your session ideas and any other questions that you have.

     

  • You can also email me at kelsey@wifeteachermommy.com if you have any questions about the even or putting in an application. We will be in touch as soon as possible!
 

Here is what to expect if you are chosen as a presenter:

  • Your session MUST be pitch-free and offer value. Remember, teachers are paying for these tickets (or to be in our membership) so they don’t want to watch commercials.  During your session, you may provide something for free (no optin required) and/or a giveaway that you talk about during your session. You are also welcome to tell them where they can find you online and on social media if they’d like to connect. 

     

  • While you can’t promote paid opportunities and email options directly during your session, you CAN:  link to them in our PDF guide to go along with the conference in your bio, the same links and bio will be on our event speakers page, you can mention a smaller conference freebie during your session that links to your larger lead magnet/offer, and/or mention your lead magnet/email optin in Facebook comments in our event group when people ask questions about your session.

     

  • We will send you a contract that will need to be signed before we add you to the conference page and before your spot is held
 
  • We will be launching early bird tickets at the end of March, and will get you an affiliate link so you can start promoting tickets (and earning 90% commissions!)
 
  • The event is a mix of live and pre-recorded. All regular sessions will be pre-recorded, but we will be running them through Zoom.
 
  • An outline of your session will be due by Feb. 28, and session recordings will be due on May 27 (one month prior to the week of the event)
 
  • Presenters are expected to be on Zoom during their session to answer questions in the chat. This way you won’t be going back and forth between trying to present and answer questions. Your prerecorded session will be playing and you will be watching for any questions.
 
  • You will be available to check into the event Facebook group for questions during the week of the event (I don’t anticipate this taking a lot of time- a quick check in each day is just fine!) 

Important things to be aware of:

  • REPLAYS: We plan on providing video replays for ticket holders for up to one year, and the videos will live indefinitely (securely) in our members area (unless you make arrangements with us otherwise). We also plan on offering audio-only replays on our member’s private podcast- which is very secure as it can only be accessed while a membership is current. If you have any questions or concerns about this, let us know and we can discuss.

  • WTM CLUB AND “BONUS” DAY #3: Since we are the hosts of the conference, there will be a one-click upsell to our membership whenver someone purchases a ticket. We will be softly promoting our membership throughout the event during our team’s sessions and breaks and we will be mentioning it to our email list. Our members will get a bonus third day that is focused around their needs. We want to be totally up front about this, but remember that you will earn 20% recurring commissions if anyone joins our membership during the event. We want to make participating in this event very worth your time and efforts!
