Wife Teacher Mommy is a small online business looking to expand in the education space. We offer printable and digital teaching resources to teachers and homeschool parents to cut hours off of their planning time so they can enjoy other areas of their lives. We sell them on our own website, Teachers pay Teachers, and Etsy. In addition, we are also planning to launch a membership model on our website in late 2021.

If the idea of making a difference in education while working remotely lights you up, please read over our core values and see if you are a good fit for our team:

Our Core Values

We are go-getters

We are a small and mighty team that is ultra-focused on our mission. We are ready and eager to jump in and do the work. We strive to do every job to the best of our ability. We work with intention, which means that when it is time to work, we are fully focused on the task at hand. We pull our fair share of the weight and rely on ourselves and our resources to figure things out before asking others. Google and our team docs are our best friends, and we take ownership of our positions. We create realistic deadlines and then hit them on time, every time.

We are learners

We are educators at heart and love learning in every way. We are always striving to improve our work and work more efficiently. We know that we will make mistakes at times, but we take ownership of our mistakes and learn from them so it doesn’t happen again. We are never afraid to improve and take feedback because we know that being willing to learn and grow is never a bad thing. We not only learn to develop professionally, but personally, and love investing into our personal development so we can be strong people and leaders in every area of our lives. We also love learning new tasks as needed to grow the company, expand our vision, and serve our customers.

We are team-oriented

We stay in the know of how things are going on our team.  If there is anything that may keep us from making a deadline, we communicate that with the team well ahead of time so a new course of action can take place. We plan ahead so we can take worry-free time off, which means we don’t need to check in on work when we are out. Since we communicate ahead of time, a plan is already in place for when someone is on vacation mode or needs to take time off. We like weekends and try to get most of our work done on the weekdays so we can enjoy them. We believe in work/life balance and working from a place of rest rather than a place of hustle.
