Wife Teacher Mommy is a small online business looking to expand in the education space. We offer printable and digital teaching resources to teachers and homeschool parents to cut hours off of their planning time so they can enjoy other areas of their lives. We sell them on our own website, Teachers pay Teachers, and Etsy. In addition, we just launched a new membership model on our website in September 2021 and our business model is transitioning towards a goal of our customers joining the membership.

POSITION: Digital Marketing Assistant
REPORTS TO: CEO
JOB TYPE: Full Time, W2 Salaried Exempt Employee
SALARY: Starting Base Salary $40,000/yr plus occasional bonuses based on performance
LOCATION: Remote, but hoping to hire an employee located in Utah since we are registered for employment there and we like to be able to hold occasional in-person meetings. Utah residents preferred, but any U.S. resident may apply if you feel you are a strong candidate for the role
Role (Overview of the Position):
The role of the digital marketing assistant is to assist in the implementation of the marketing plan from the CEO in the areas of email marketing, funnels, organic Facebook, Instagram, image and GIF design, and TikTok marketing, as well as other marketing initiatives as requested. Our full-time digital marketing assistant will also be able to be a sounding board for marketing plans with the CEO and the rest of the Wife Teacher Mommy team.
