MEET THE TEAM
We know that teachers can work smarter (not harder) by working together. The same goes for us here at Wife Teacher Mommy. Instead of going at it alone, Kelsey has hired an amazing team so we can serve you at the highest capacity possible! Think of us as your personal team standing behind you and cheering you on when you join us in Wife Teacher Mommy Club or purchase our resources from our shop! We also love supporting you with freebies, blog posts, and podcasts.

I am a wife and mom to my three children Parker, Brielle and Peter. (And yes, together my boys are Spider-Man… Parker wouldn’t let us name Peter anything else once he heard that!)
Some things I enjoy doing are shopping, listening to self-help and personal growth audiobooks and podcasts, going on walks, and working out while watching my favorite TV shows. I am a firm believer in having “me time”… because if I don’t make that time, it won’t happen since there’s always so much to do! #momlife
My main passions in life are my family, my faith, and running Wife Teacher Mommy. I also have teaching experience from Pre-K through 6th grades. I am now homeschooling my own kids while running Wife Teacher Mommy full time. I absolutely love what I do and connecting with other educators.

I’m Karel! I’m currently part of a family of 11 (a husband, two dogs, and seven cats – most of them are fosters). Before becoming a curriculum designer at Wife Teacher Mommy, I taught resource special education for 7 years in junior high and elementary schools. Now, I help create resources for my fellow educators so that they can enjoy life to its fullest!
I’m Kelcie! I am the digital marketing specialist, and I focus on ads, social media, and sending emails to our awesome subscribers and members. Before working for Wife Teacher Mommy, I taught for five years – two years in 2nd, two years in 3rd, and one year teaching 2nd and 3rd grade online math. I am super excited to be a part of the team at Wife Teacher Mommy because I love getting to help teachers live their best lives!
I was born and raised in Kansas City, MO (Go Chiefs!), but moved to Arizona in 2021. When I am not helping teachers, I am buying way too many things at Target, hanging out with family and friends, or trying new brunch spots! I’m happy to be here, and I look forward to connecting with you all through social media and email.
Hello, my name is Kinsey! I am a Curriculum Designer here at Wife Teacher Mommy! I am a former teacher and am an advocate for a healthy teacher-life balance. I love my job because I get to help create the resources necessary to help you achieve that important balance. When I am not designing worksheets and unit plans for you, I am chasing around my rambunctious toddler and/or wild farm animals. My husband and I are living the dream with a herd of cattle and a few horses. We love being outside and in the summer you can usually find us camping or spending the weekend at our ranch. I am so glad that you are here and cannot wait to get to know each and every one of you through our social media platforms.
My twin sister set me up on a blind date that actually worked and my husband and I have now been married 20 years. With 4 darling kiddos we’re experiencing the fun and excitement of high school, middle school, and elementary! My passions are party planning, reading Regency Novels, and attempting to raise contributing members of society. Life is an adventure and I’m so glad to have my family with me for the ride!
I am a former middle school social studies teacher and a graduate of Utah State University. I stopped teaching when my first daughter was born, but have continued working in education working with homeschool families. With another daughter welcomed recently, we now have 2 girls– Charlotte and Gigi. In my free time, I like to cook and bake (especially new recipes!), listen to podcasts, quote The Office, spend time outdoors, and to travel (mostly to try new food).
Hi! My name is Emily and I work in customer service. I am the mom to 6 beautiful children and 2 sons in law. My passions include music, sewing, and cheering my children on in their various activities. I have worked as a teacher’s aide and substitute teacher, and I really enjoy the education space. I’m all about making things easy and enjoyable so Wife Teacher Mommy is a great fit for me!
I’m Boone! I’m born and raised in Utah. I live in Ogden with my partner and our bernedoodle, Mochi. In addition to marketing work, I also enjoy making music and trail running around the beautiful Utah mountains. My dad is a children’s book author and my mom is a jr. high English teacher, so naturally I have a love for education and educators. I feel fortunate to be able to help Wife Teacher Mommy reach new educators and ease the stress that comes with teaching.
I’m Tori, and Kelsey’s been my best friend for nearly three decades. Surprise: I’m her sister! Growing up, (as little sisters often do) I frequently found myself getting into Kelsey’s business (from raiding her closet for cute clothes to inserting myself into her friend groups and extracurriculars). As they say, some things don’t change. When a writing/editing spot at Wife Teacher Mommy opened, I leapt at the opportunity. I’m excited to be part of Kelsey’s business once again. 😉
These days when I’m not writing, you can find me wrangling my two littles, dreaming up fun vacation plans with my hubby, scouring Jane and Etsy for eclectic jewelry, teaching my daughter preschool, exercising, and—of course— binge-watching my favorite shows on Hulu.
I am a 23-year veteran teacher and a life and mindset coach for educators in both public and private schools. With a teaching career in the classroom spanning grades 2-12 in the US, UK, and France, I have experienced my own overwhelm and burn out. Throughout my journey of working with and becoming a coach, my results were dramatic: I discovered a renewed love for teaching, lost 26 pounds, and enhanced personal and professional relationships all over my life.
Knowing that teachers are smart and busy, I founded The Chrissy Concept in 2019 to help educators manage their minds in and out of the classroom. I know that teachers don’t have a second to waste and her approach is active and no-nonsense. I understand that teachers need tools now, before the next bell rings and students walk through the door.
Now inside Wife Teacher Mommy Club, teachers can join me on group coaching calls to gain more control over their time, improve relationships, and feel better about their lives in and out of the classroom. When I’m not coaching or teaching, I enjoy speaking French, powder skiing, napping and eating salty butter.
