How do I get the most out of my membership?

If you’re a NEW member, a great place to start is the “Member Success Hub” in your member dashboard.  Click here to go the Member Success Hub. Here is where you’ll find videos and explanations of all that you have access to with your Club Membership.

Here are some directions to get the most out of your WTM Club Membership: 

To see the Member Portal you may need to log out and log back in, but it should show up on the far right side of your Account info:

One of the best perks of our membership is Life Coaching.

Under “Ask a Coach” you can ask our Life Coach, any questions you might have if you’re struggling with an administrator, parent, or situation at school. Make sure to catch all the replays of previous calls for completion certificates.
 
Also, make sure to join the Club Facebook Group for fun giveaways and the opportunity to connect with other teachers.
What if I don't have time to attend the coaching calls LIVE?

While attending live is encouraged when possible, you can get so much from listening to the recordings we offer! Find coaching call replays in the member dashboard right here.

 

If you spend a combined total of one hour per week in the car, cleaning, or working out–which I assume you do–you have time to take advantage of the coaching tools by listening to the private podcast. 😉 Be sure to check your email for an email from support@helloaudio.fm with the link to subscribe to the private podcast.

 

Another great way to participate in coaching is by using the Ask-a-Coach Portal. You can ask our certified life coaches ANYTHING (anonymously) that you may want some guidance on, and our coaches will respond as soon as they can. To see past questions from other members or ask a question yourself, click here!

How do I get my FREE planner?

All active quarterly and annual members through September 2023 are eligible to receive a FREE planner in the mail. New annual members through September 2023 are eligible to receive a tumbler in the mail as well. You should have received a form to fill out to claim your swag bonus(es). All new members should have received a thank you page after checkout with a link to the form to fill out to claim bonus(es) along with an email. 

 

Our small team ships out packages once a week, usually on Wednesdays, and then it will take another 3-4 days to arrive.

What grade levels do the resources cover?

Our resources support kids of all learning levels from Pre-K through 6th grade! While not every resource has a version for every grade, if you teach within that range there are enough resources for you to make the Club well worth it. This is an amazing opportunity for anyone who has students at a wide variety of levels in one classroom or is homeschooling multiple kids to offer activities for every kid at every level.

How do I know these resources are high quality?

We pride ourselves in creating high-quality teaching resources that meet the CCSS standards. Our resources have been created by a team of teachers so we know exactly what you need! Over 140,000 customers love our resources and now you’re able to access all of them inside Wife Teacher Mommy Club.

How often do you add new resources?

Every month- sometimes even every week (depending on the size of the resources we are working on) We are constantly adding more resources to the Club, so you’ll want to check back often. You can view the resource calendar here to see when resources are scheduled to be added to the shop. 

You can also submit a resource request here if there is something specific you would like to be available in the shop. 

Can resources be used digitally?

We have converted many of them to Google Slides format, and all new resources include a Google Slides option if it makes sense for the resource. You also have our full permission to upload any resource from us to tools such as Kami or Easel to make them digital.

Is the membership still worth it even if I don't have Facebook?

For sure! While the Facebook Community is a great bonus to the Club and getting to connect with other educators there is priceless on its own, the bulk of the value will come from the coaching experience, the resources you have access to, and how much time and stress you save!

Do you offer refunds?

Our 90-Day #TeacherLife Guarantee offers a refund for situations that qualify. 

Our guarantee states that if over the first 90 days (just one quarterly payment) you’re using the resources, participating in the community, listening to the podcast and DON’T see a positive impact in your teacher life, we will give you your money back (minus shipping and cost of goods if a planner or tumbler have been mailed).

 

All you have to do is reach out to our customer service team and share your situation (with proof of what you’ve used) and if it seems logical enough, we will send you back all the money you’ve given us.

Can I share my login information with anyone?

No, this membership is for one user and is protected under copyright law. Sharing of login information is not allowed and violators will be removed from the club immediately.

Am I able to change my subscription plan?

You sure can! You can change your membership billing period at any time right here: https://www.wifeteachermommy.com/switch-billing-steps/

Can I cancel my membership at any time?

Yes, on your account page, you have direct access to change or cancel your plan at any time. You will have continued access to the membership until the end of the current pay period, and at that time your account will be removed and you will lose all access to membership perks. Any resources you’ve purchased will be available.
