Satisfied - Great practice creating multiple equations for same number

These provide students the opportunity to create lists of equations that equal a given number and then turn those into a math story problem and a written short story (which is a nice writing connection). Each week is broken down into day sections so students can do just one part at a time.

Having purchased the multi-level bundle means I can differentiate for my students as needed while providing the same ultimate format for everyone.

Backwards Story Problems

I realized that my students could benefit from more practice throughout the year with backwards story problems. I am planning for the new school year and I love that I can add this terrific resource to my weekly plans. I think the resource is simple and clean and will be a hit with my students!

A fun thing one teacher did was have the students come up with the story problems and then pass them around for another student to solve them... a definite win/win!
